The workers looked dirty and couldn’t get my order right then when corrected got an attitude and still made the worst bagel I have ever seen in my life they clearly hate their job and should not be working there if they can’t get an order right or have good customer service

I ordered through Uber eats and went to pick it up myself. I was kind, said I would be patient because I saw they were busy. People left me standing there, and eventually someone sent a manager(collared shirt) over to help me. She refused to look at my phone to see the food, the name, the receipt or that it was the correct address. Kept walking away anywhere else, and talking to other people. Continued to insist they didn't have it. Their regulars were being greeted and joked with, while I was ignored or spoken to like an annoyance. The only kind person to help me was on her day off coming in for some food herself and it was the suggestion to order food in house. After repeated problems with Dunkin -I'm over paying the prices for the low quality experience and food. I already wasted my money to be denied my food. I understand as someone who manages in food that things happen, people get busy - but only the person on their day off stopped to help. You aren't going to build more customers with bad attitudes and prices. I can go next store to Starbucks, or across the street to 7 Brew, or Stewart's a hop over with more options and quality products for the price.

Why would you close down an oven at 5:30 in the evening for the evening when you're open till 9pm? They're always out of something as well. This was my second attempt for their redemption but I won't go back. This is why I don't go to Dunkin in general
Avoid at all cost. The male working is toxic. I've sat here for 30 minutes drinkin my coffee and scrolling and this guy doesnt shut up. Hes cursing behind the counter, mocking customers orders, and abusing whatever employee discounts they get. He left the one girl to deal with drive thru and lobby for about 15 minutes while he dissappeared. Aside from him, looks like there isnt anyone in charge here and a couple frustrated customers left...

First Lady burnt the bagel but Desiree was Awesome !! her customer service skills , Her work ethic & Etc was top notch she re made my order over was polite and went above to ensure I was taken care of she’s an asset to the company keep her !

Under cooked hash browns messed up sandwich burnt bacon spent 25 dollars nothing was good I would highly recommend going to a different dunkin
Everyone there seems friendly and nice. The only downside is that the seating area is always messy.

Paid $6.45 for a coffee and it’s half empty, not to mentioned the coffee was cold to the touch. I wished people here take their job more seriously

I went there at 6:55 pm today and they wouldn't answer us on the intercom. So we drove by the window to leave and they had there gate down. Someone was in there. Sign said they close at 9pm

Omg , This is NOT GOOD this business need to be close , they charge for everything then when you ask for Napkins they said we don’t have we waiting on our truck as a customer I don’t care if you waiting for the truck you need to have your utensils,sanitation is not good everything look so dirty and not clean , service horrible, they need to training all your employees, because at the end we pay for all your employees salary .

Showed up 40 minutes after they opened and was told i had to wait for their ovens to warm up. I ordered a croissant and waited to over 20 minutes before i had to leave to make it to work. I paid for this product and never got it. Get it together folks… horrible service and i did reach out to corporate.

One nice counter guy, but I swear the coffee tasted weird. I get a large iced coffee 5 and 5. I guess you folks push a sugar button for XL now and a little cream. Before it was 5 button pushes and 5 creamer pumps. The coffee tasted weak and not sweet it was like drinking water down Splenda sugar milk. (I like regular sugar) I do not like the new way how you guys make the drinks now.
However the young guy at the counter is nice, the woman making the coffee she just wanted to go home (I get it but you're doing a job doesn't hurt to say hello neither)
