Omg , This is NOT GOOD this business need to be close , they charge for everything then when you ask for Napkins they said we don’t have we waiting on our truck as a customer I don’t care if you waiting for the truck you need to have your utensils,sanitation is not good everything look so dirty and not clean , service horrible, they need to training all your employees, because at the end we pay for all your employees salary .

Showed up 40 minutes after they opened and was told i had to wait for their ovens to warm up. I ordered a croissant and waited to over 20 minutes before i had to leave to make it to work. I paid for this product and never got it. Get it together folks… horrible service and i did reach out to corporate.

One nice counter guy, but I swear the coffee tasted weird. I get a large iced coffee 5 and 5. I guess you folks push a sugar button for XL now and a little cream. Before it was 5 button pushes and 5 creamer pumps. The coffee tasted weak and not sweet it was like drinking water down Splenda sugar milk. (I like regular sugar) I do not like the new way how you guys make the drinks now.
However the young guy at the counter is nice, the woman making the coffee she just wanted to go home (I get it but you're doing a job doesn't hurt to say hello neither)

Employees don't do there job I asked for a tea 4 and 4 get no cream no sugar black tea there always on there phones only time the store is correct is when the manager is there other then that employee suck and don't do nothing

I asked for an everything bagel not toasted with extra veggie cream cheese. I asked for not toasted, bc I wouldn’t be able to eat it right away. I was willing to let go that I didn’t get the extra cream cheese that I paid for. But when I went to eat my bagel, it was burnt and I couldn’t toast it further to warm it up. I went back and before I could finish explaining, the man cut me off to tell me “first of all, we’re out of everything bagels and second of all, that’s the morning crew, this is a new shift, I can’t do anything to correct what they did, you’ll have to come back tomorrow”… I said “you’re kidding me?” He replied “you can go now.” I’ve been in the food industry for 20+ years and that is NOT customer service.

Apparently Dunkin’ Donuts has irresponsible and unprofessional 18 wheeler truck drivers — watched in disgust at a truck running a red light at 11:28 am in Schenectady at Albany street and route 7 which clearly jeopardizes public safety
