One nice counter guy, but I swear the coffee tasted weird. I get a large iced coffee 5 and 5. I guess you folks push a sugar button for XL now and a little cream. Before it was 5 button pushes and 5 creamer pumps. The coffee tasted weak and not sweet it was like drinking water down Splenda sugar milk. (I like regular sugar) I do not like the new way how you guys make the drinks now.

I really wanted this to be a good experience. It was less than. I haven't been to Dunkin in over two years. My return made clear why. As has been my experience they rarely get my order correct. My coffee and breakfast sandwich is not a difficult order. It's very frustrating to pay so much to not get what you want.
