This place is the absolute worse. Customer service stinkAfter placing my order, I encountered an unacceptable experience when I had to wait for my fries. As the girl finally approached, she was deeply engrossed in a phone conversation, using inappropriate language. Her demeanor was sluggish, resembling the walking dead. When she handed me my order, I picked up one bag, and inexplicably, she carelessly let the other bag fall directly onto my face inside the car. Shockingly, she did not bother to turn around and acknowledge her blunder. Clearly, the phone conversation took precedence over delivering proper customer service.

Let’s talk about it real quick. The workers always have an attitude. I didn’t get my drink, napkins, sauce or a spoon to eat my lunch. This has to be the most ghetto KFC in the capital region!! They need to seriously fire everyone and start over. They all look miserable and need help!!

Went inside a few weeks back to get 8 pieces of chicken, no sides. First , I was shocked that it cost me $24 and not even a biscuit ! When I got home , the chicken was dry and tasteless. Nothing like what I remembered KFC being like. Very disappointed.
