Any time you request something, they seem to have a blast giving you the exact opposite of what you paid and asked for. I am not picky at all, it’s little things like wanting American cheese over provolone, that they can’t seem to get right- mind you, they already have those as options so it’s not like I’m asking for them to go above & beyond! Oh & don’t bother asking for anything toasted, the employees are afraid of using a toaster apparently.

Brad and all of his staff and the nice girl i spoke with are simply amazing, my husband loved his sub, and your chicken & seafood salad are to Die for, the best ive had in a long time, im G/F so its hard finding foods i can have ..Keep up your great work and will definitely be back soon... We have been going to Lyles for many years.My Son and I got subs which were amazing. I always get a large clam chowder for my wife. The quality of the Clam chowder was very disappointing 😞. The Clam chowder was over salty had a vinegar taste and was very watery. Definitely not the quality we are a custom to getting from Lyles. As long term customers I find it hard to say this but we probably won't return. Very disappointing

I would go here any day before I ever go to a subway. The food is good and they’ll make it to order. I don’t eat here a whole lot because I drive tractor trailer and I’m on the road six days a week but when I’m around doing laundry, I’ll go in and get food.

Very friendly staff and fresh food. However the atmosphere is a little lacking with unused equipment and not really showing who Lyle is. Subs were exactly as requested with fresh bread. If they just organized unused equipment with a purpose or removed it and gave it a Lyle theme it would be such a welcoming place for subs/sandwiches. Once again good subs/sandwiches in Schenectady! Go today!
