Fish tacos were delicious. Both the Porter and the iPa were true to form and great

Wondeful beer and food. Tried and true. Moved from the area and food was still exceptionally good for bar fare.

My husband and I were very impressed with the food at Mad Jack Brewery at the Van Dyke. Everything was delicious, the wings were cooked crispy to perfection, the beer battered fish was crunchy and everything stayed intact. But the piece de resistance was the dessert. The s'mores skillet was to die for!!!!! I would go back just for that alone. Our server was friendly and attentive and made our first visit there a great one.

Truly innovative & delicious beer at this brew pub! Food is creative and well above average. Staff is welcoming & friendly. Only downside is they're only open for dinner - and only 5 nights a week at that!

Unique menu items that are delicious and amazing beers. I had the taco mac and cheese with chicken and their seasonal jack o lantern beer.

We tried apps and had salad and sandwiches with draft beers. The beers were delicious and food did NOT disappoint. The pizza looked and smelled so good. I can't wait to go back to try it.

Beautiful Victorian era, former brothel houses this charming restaurant and brew pub. I can't speak to the beers, as myself and companions all had Irish coffees, having just come in from the Schenectady Historical Society's ghost walk. We were attracted to the place by tales of a restless female ghost the purportedly haunts the place. While we didn't see any apparitions, we enjoyed the spirits in our coffees and the truly lovely fireplace and woodwork enhancing the dining area. The staff were friendly, competent, and helpful. Six drinks came in under $50, with a $1 per person charge for a bowl of chips and salsa (to comply with Covid-19 regulations), and tip, which I thought was reasonable.
