Update-its now 847p and we are still waiting. This is completely unacceptable. Over an hour and we still haven't gotten our food. The girl at the first window has a horrible attitude.
This location is horrific. On 11/30 we stopped at 7:35p to get dinner for our littles. We are still waiting and its now 810p. Unfortunately we have been blocked in by cars or I would have just left as this is completely ridiculous. On other visits we are consistently missing items, the food is old/inedible. I'm not sure what the problem is with this location but it needs a complete overhaul from the lowest paid employee all the way to the franchise owner.

This McDonald’s location isn’t focused on customer convenience or satisfaction. The manager, citing his own convenience, forced me to come inside to receive my food even though I had already waited in line, placed my order, and went through the drive-thru. He didn’t want to give me my food through the drive-thru, apparently to avoid adverse metrics, rather than to assist a customer. His manner was condescending and unfriendly, not at all customer-centric or attentive.

This McDonald's does not know how to accommodate special needs or disabled people. The staff and management there we're not accommodating to my autistic son. It was quite disheartening that they could not or would not provide him with the service that he needed.
