The restaurateur was great and very friendly. He suggested the Chicken Yassa since they were out of the chicken curry. This meal was great! The flavor and blend of spices was perfect. Everything was delicious and tender. I can’t wait to go back and try their fried chicken and other food. They make the fried chicken fresh to order so I can only imagine how good it will be. My wife and I will definitely be coming back.
The food at Jollof Kitchen was amazing! It deserves all the high praise and stars. We walked in and the playlist was amazing. The service was great. We were given an alternative recommendation since they didn’t have chicken curry that day. We were told to try the Yassa Chicken. OMMMMGGGGG!! That was AMAZING! Came by this place by accident. Was in town to move my daughter back into school at Union and we were looking for a new place nearby to eat. The first couple of places we had in mind was already closed and we drove by Jollof Kitchen. We've never had African food before and we're a pretty adventurous family when it comes to food, so when we saw that they were still open... why not?
