I ordered food for pickup. The wait time for my food was 45 mins which is really long but I'm hoping it's because it's made extra fresh! I ordered jerk wings which was pretty good. It was def different from Jamaican style jerk chickez we n because it wasn't grilled. I would have enjoyed it better if it had been grilled. It was flavorful with a slight kick. I recently dined at Tropics Restaurant & Bar with a party of 12 people, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Despite a promising start, the overall service, delays, and quality of the food and drinks were disappointing.Upon arrival at 1:30, we were greeted by a single female staff member who seemed to be handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously - taking orders, running the bar, and managing takeout orders.
