We were early for dinner and there was an event going on in the main dining room. It was a perfect fall Saturday and the phone was ringing off the wall. Looking forward to going back.

We attended this establishment after the 217 class of the NYS Trooper Academy Graduation. Perfect timing before the busy dinner crowd. The service was excellent, food was yummy, and drinks were cold. The atmosphere is beautiful, just what you expect from an Italian restaurant. We had a wonderful meal. Thank you!

I placed an online order for and 8 cut pizza and it was ready ahead of time, when I got there they got my pizza right away! And once at home with it , the pizza had a really good taste not too sauce or too much cheese overall a 10 experience

We have never had a bad experience at Palazzo! We had an issue once with a delivery driver (through a third party) once, and Joe called me personally and made it right, even though it was beyond his control. From great food to great people, we will keep coming back! Keep up the great work!

Wow, a wonderful place to go out for dinner! Not only is the ambience amazing but the food and the service are incredible!
Michael, the bartender is extremely professional and cordial! Wendy Hostess it’s so polite and very friendly.
This is the second time I’ve been here since I moved, and I can see myself coming back!
From their trout special to their incredible chicken fingers, mussels, scallops And rigatoni bolognese It’s a no-brainer!!
Great food, staff, and parking. The only glitch we encountered was that they would not provide separate checks for a party of 9 even though we had inquired about this prior to booking the outing. In the end, I would recommend this place because the food and staff were wonderful.

This was our first time ever visiting The Palazzo. We did an online order for pick up. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. There was a little mishap, where one of the meals we ordered wasn’t placed in the bags. The restaurant called to inform us, just as we arrived home and unpacked. We did go back, grab the food and much to my surprise they added an additional dessert for the inconvenience; which was a pleasant surprise. We look forward to future visits.

Great experience & atmosphere on 24 Sep 2025 - highly recommend. Excellent food with excellent personable service and some live music. Nice bottle of wine with Greens Palazzo, Calamari Fritti, Surf n’ Turf Ribeye n’ Lobster with side of pasta, Bourbon Cheesecake.
