By far the best Pho I've found in the Hudson/ Albany area! Full bowls of savory full flavored broth.The beef combination had a great amount of meat.Service was above excellent, the smiling owner anticipated my every need!
This place has lovely atmosphere, great service and amazing food. We had the vegetarian spring rolls for appetizer. They were delicious and beautifully presented. Also had the vegetarian pho and seafood pho for main. Both were scrumptious. I was very impressed with their vegetarian broth. It was well balanced and flavorful. Always very friendly service.The grilled salmon with ginger is one of my favorites as well as roast duck. .They serve a large, nicely done piece of salmon with plenty of bok choy, broccoli, rice noodles or rice, along with pickled Daikon and carrots......enough for 2 large portion meals! My very favorite is grilled tofu with peanut sauce but unfortunately it's only served at Albany location.
