I do not recommend this Distillery to anyone...the owner is only good at running the business into the ground. Smh...he cant keep employees...he has put the business up for sale back at the end of March, 2025 for one price and then a month later has to lower the sale price by nearly 1/2...no one wants the garbage you are leaving behind. You never followed through with our contract with you! You owe us every cent back for the building. You had better pay us back in full by closing...read full review
We enjoyed the visit! The historical facts on all of the bottles represented the area perfectly. All products were excellent…mellow, complex flavors. Having lemon water and pretzels to cleanse the palate was helpful to being able to enjoy the tastings.
Dawn and Taylor in the tasting room, and Nick on the production line were friendly and informative. We really enjoy shopping locally, and look forward to returning.

If my dad and I didn’t have a comedy show to get to, we would have stayed all day. Walked in in the afternoon on a Saturday with no one there except Rachel, the bartender. We did a tasting of the spirits and she was super friendly and knowledgeable the spirits were smooooth. And her Schenectady Iced Tea was dangerous in the best way. There were even table top bar games there and I walked out with a 6 pack of the spirits. Will 100% be back I’d up in the area.
