Wendy's in Schenectady

“The place look desolate, the chicken pecan salad was not cook properly, the young guy didn't speak English or Spanish. Didn't understand neither. The fresh lemonade was water down and I had to turn around for my missing burger. It was a bad experience and a waist of money ??“

“Wendy’s is almost always consistent. I like their food but love their strawberry lemonade. The East Greenbush store is usually quick and accurate and oddly so is the one in Schenectady. The one on Troy-Schenectady Rd however treat you like you’re bothering them by ordering.“

“I decided do this review because I have gone to this Wendy’s 3 times recently, and have had (mostly good) experiences. Some of these visits were deliveries and some were drive thru. The food is good, nothing more. It’s pretty much what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Although it could’ve been “fresher” the food I received was pretty good. I ate it and enjoyed it so that’s the reason I am giving 4 stars, and because of the consistency. All of my visits the food was the same and I didn’t have any major problems. The only things I would recommend improving is the freshness of the food…are we pre making items that sit for extended periods of time? Or are we making it fresh order by order. The store seems clean, I would consider coaching the staff on the company’s standards. I will return to this location, and I would recommend it to others. My orders have been the crispy chick blt, the jr cheeseburger, nuggets and fries.“

“My experience is fairly straightforward, I get my burger, fries and coke in 5 to 10 minutes from ordering depending if I'm in a line maybe 15 if it's really busy not any worse wait time than the McDs down by Aldi.This location has been here for the 5 years since the whole gas station was built, to those claiming this place is "brand new" the experience with service back then was super friendly in that fake kind of way at times but also genuine and modern day it's relatively nonchalant but I've never had an issue with this place personally.“
