Wendy's in Albany

“my 2 daughters orderd from this wendys today, and my oldest daughter wasn't giving the correct food. she brought the food back up to get it corrected and the VERY rude woman behind the counter told her she switched the burgers and was screaming at her, my husband went up to rectify the situation and the woman again screamed and cussed at him saying how it was to hot for her to be working. I am contacting corporate, it doesn't matter how hot it is, you don't speak to people especially customers this way and in a mall filled with other people. I am completely disgusted on how my family was treated and will never recommend this webdys to anyone nor re visit. this was crossgates mall Albany New York“

“I am not one to write reviews unless I am truly impressed. My husband and I are always disappointed in the quality of fast food in this day and age but I would have to say this one by far was worth every dollar. The crew that worked on 8/03/26 at around 11:30am- 12:00pm you guys are amazing and definitely blew away with quality! Your manager should be proud! Make these ratings go up because you guys definitely have the potential. And WENDY’S appreciate these workers because they deserve it! Keep it up!“
