Wendy's in Colonie sucks BIG time. First time I ordered, I was clear to say and went slowly so she could keep up with me. She constantly repeated what I asked for and then said my total and come up. When I got to the window she handed me to very small bags of food which was clearly not what I ordered ordering for a family of six. Good but ungodly expensive
I would rate this Wendy's a 3 .customer is not bad but not that great either t The employees barely speak english mostlyall hispanic people .. i went to Wendy's on my 15 min break i ordered 4 piece tenders med meal an large fries i had to turn back around because my 4th tender was missing , mind you your already paying 20$ the manger act as if i was lying acting confused maybe from the lack of speaking much english tried to call several times before turning back around no one...read full review
