Do not order your uber eats from here, I do UE on the side to make extra money, went to this place 3 times for 3 different orders, each time they gave me a new excuse first was "It's not in our system" 2nd was "Someone else picked it up" third was "We are closed and we don;t have the items" (it was 2AM they close at 3AM) no one spoke any english and UE told me that another driver had not picked up the order, it's just utter laziness. Food is terrible too, I got a snack some nuggets a while back and they were pretty much raw.

Went here the other night bc it was the only Wendys open in the area… already annoying. EVERYTHING I ordered was disgusting. My Daves Double smelled spoiled and was lukewarm at the same time. The spicy nuggets I ordered were lukewarm and had lots of fatty pieces in them. Which is weird in itself. The fries tasted lukewarm warm and a few were half cooked. My drink was unbearably nasty and full of syrup. The whole meal sucked and wasted my money because I had to throw it away. Every time I go here the food is horrible & the service is trash. I am already aware of the low standards of Albany fast food, but this is a new low. They should close this Wendys too.

It’s been a long time , chipoltle was out of a lot , grill was broke . Got a large Chili from Wendy’s , all beans . Like 4-5 tiny little pieces of beef smaller than my pinky nail. Never again will I go there

It's a fast food place, so of course it's crowded thru Rush Hour. The wait times aren't too bad tho, especially Sally because you kind of expect it. I usually dine in because it kills time when I'm on break from work. The bathrooms are usually clean, and the staff is friendly. A time or two they have messed up my order but had no problem correcting it and giving me extra fries ?.Parking: Parking available, might have a hard time entering and exiting on Central Ave.

I'm guessing this lady is the store manager. Instead of fixing drinks between orders or helping other staff, she's yelling at the 15 year old kid to hurry up. Very disappointing
The service wasn't at all great they don't know what they are doing in there. I ordered on the tablet with my card because they claimed the register wasn't working with the cards just cash??♀️. I waited nearly 25 mins for my food I had to ask the lady what was going on she said she didn't get my order and I had to show her that money was taken from my account mind you my receipt was sitting in her face ?. I washed everyone if the customers come in before and after me walk out because they couldn't get no one to take their order in time. My first and last time at this Wendy's ever. I get my order my sandwich was soggy and a mess and my daughter had a nugget that looked like someone took it out their mouth ?.

Disorganized and messy staff and facility. Parking lot is small and busy. Out of several meats and sloppy serving area. Had an order of chips as a side, skimpy number of chips. Less than average serving size as my bowl was not full after adding different selections. Eat in area not being cleaned.

It's 12AM, I waited for 10-15 minutes in the drive thru and there we 13 cars, yes THIRTEEN cars in the drive thru and not a single person moved. Get it together Central Ave.
