I asked the girl to put tape over the opening of the box so the box didn't open up while I carried it. She scoffed at me and was really mad that I asked!!! With all the traffic from the Fultonville thruway exit, ( which is right in front of the place) you would think they would be nicer! This isn't the first time this has happened at this store!!
First time here. Free standing store versus those embedded in other businesses. Clean as a whistle including the bathroom, always appreciated. There were three young women on staff working hard for morning rush but the woman at the counter was quick friendly. My bagel and strawberry cream cheese came quickly and was just right. The customer service is usually very good, the food is always fresh, but sometimes the order gets messed up. Always willing to fix it without complaint. The space is small so, I wouldn't suggest dining in.
