Cool Adirondack bar. We've eaten here several times. Good pub food and reliable.

On the way back home from a trip, stopped here for lunch since it was en route. Sat at the bar, plenty of options on tap. Well lit inside. They have a specials menu for food. I went with the Fish Sandwich, it was okay, the hand cut fries are really good. Just need to have them in the frier just a tad longer to get crispier. Also had the fried mushrooms, delicious. Service was quick and friendly, took out order immediately. I enjoy the food and service, will return if in the area. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable, and cozy. A very nice place to sit down and eat, or have a few drinks. Friendly staff, tasty food, occasional special events.

Clean bathrooms, street parking, easily accessible. Reasonably priced too.

I'm not sure what to say about our experience. Definitely an interesting place with very interesting clientele. I remember hearing from two older folks chatting at the bar as one showed the other pictures on their phone, "And this is Sharon." "She was a nurse right?" "She went blind. She shot her husband." "She what?" "She shot her husband... Anyway..."

Everyone in the bar was very friendly. The portions were a little small, but everyone enjoyed what they ordered.

Fresh cut fries... Sounds good... If you like soggy potatoes. Got a chicken sandwich and it was cold... Perhaps you should rename a "char-grilled" sandwich to a cold sandwich! We will also not return.

Nothing special. Dive bar. Usually by time I got there in evening kitchen was already closed. Play some quick draw, have a beer and leave.

My husband and I stopped in for something to eat after work. This was a new place for us. I ordered the wings and a root beer, my husband ordered the appetizer sampler and a lemonade. The server said she could make the wings extra crispy and when they came out they were rubbery, cold and soggy. When I asked to have them crispier she told me I had to wait for the others...
When I asked for ranch dressing I got a cup of mayonnaise ?‍♀️
My root beer was flat and no carbonation.
My husband asked if she could substitute the breaded mushrooms and jalapeño poppers for curly fries and broccoli bites as we have severe allergies.
First off she didn't tell is we would be charged almost 20$ for a substitute. If she had told us that we would have went else where.
Secondly- we were not told our food would be prepared in the same deep fryer as the jalapeño poppers and 50$ later for the bill we walked out with hives and a whole container of food because it was dry and made us nauseous. We will never come back.

My fiancè and I went here a few days ago for the first time and as soon as we walked in and waited for a couple minutes, no one greeted us. We didn’t know if we had to pick our own table or if we needed to be seated but we ended up just sitting at a table. Then after 15-20 minutes, no one came to us, not even for drinks, and then finally someone asked if we have been served yet and we told the person “no”. After 5-10 minutes, someone finally came over to take our order and first we ordered drinks, which took 5 minutes to get. Then the lady came over (pretty sure her name was a Mary) and we finally ordered food and she wrote down one thing and then we remembered it was separate transactions and told her that and she got irritated and like it was a big deal that she had to write it on another ticket. So then she impatiently said “tell me your order” and so I ordered. My fiancè ordered just a plain hamburger and I ordered a grilled cheese.. We waited for 45 MINUTES and our food never came and no one ever came over to tell us if our food was coming out or anything. Then, a table that came in 20 minutes after us got their food so we just up and left. And before we left people would come in waiting at the front and they were never greeted either. It does not take 45 minutes or more for just a plain hamburger and a grilled cheese.. We don’t know if they were just taking their time in the kitchen for our food or if the lady even put in our order. It was unbelievable, the service was TERRIBLE. So we went to Sticks and Stones down the street and within’ 45 minutes there, we got our drinks, food and were out of there. Never going this place again, we should not have been there for an hour or more just to be served. And if you’re from the area and the people that work there know you, they will attend to you first, I guess it’s screw the outsiders and the new people.
