Always a pleasure dining at Flanagan’s. Food is excellent and staff is so welcoming and pleasant. Tori took great care of us tonight.
I had a unique opportunity to revisit Flanagan’s Pub & Grill in Schroon Lake, New York. I’d been there years ago when it was a decent bar but under its most recent ownership and management, I’m so happy to report that it’s a fantastic dining experience. The menu is extensive (just right) and everything‘s so good! Pizza, pastas, wings, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, etc. The bar and it’s selection is also extensive. The service is also great. Food was great and service was good once we got a table. However, it took about 5 minutes for anyone to greet us and then an additional 5 minutes or so for them to clean a table and seat us. I could tell they were swamped and there were only two of them which is why I stayed. But a hey, sorry for the wait but I will be with you in a couple of minutes goes a long way. Standing for 5 minutes at a wait to be seated sign is something that will make most customers walk out.
