I love The Basin Grill. The food is so good. However, my last experience there was absolutely awful. Saturday July 19 it’s my birthday and my husband made a reservation Friday for Saturday for 5 pm for 6 people. We show up and are told there’s no room outside and we’d have to wait. My husband said “even with a reservation” with an attitude the young hostess said “ yeah we don’t have room” A guy managed to put a couple tables together for us, said that’s for us...read full review
We were sat almost immediately which was great, but then was waiting for 50 mins before a waitress came over to even to see about drinks with 3 kids after going up to hostess after 35 mins went by. No urgency for drinks or food and did not offer a discount nothing and there were plenty of empty tables. Very disappointed and when asked what they had for even regular drinks for kids staff was unaware. Would not recommend.
