On a heart healthy diet and this place has build a bowl of everything that’s good for you. Which is great. But the place was a little low rent and not very pleasant atmosphere wise.. I’m not sure I’ll go back even though the food is exactly what I am supposed to eat.

I was lookin for something spicy and asked for guidance. young lady at the register helped guide me to Spicy Chicken Grain Bowl. OMG I’ll be going back for that again!

They are very stingy with their smoothie bowl (scotia location). I didn't eat from this at all yet, and it's only half way filled up. Go to the Schenectady location, they actually give you your whole bowl, not just half. The actual ingredients is good, five stars for that.
