This used to be a great Dunkin’ Donuts to go to about 5 years ago. I am not sure what happened in recent years, but it is understaffed and extremely slow when there’s only one or two people in line. There doesn’t seem to be any urgency with any of the staff, whatever the culture is at this Dunkin, It should to be adjusted.

Terrible customer service and unprofessional behavior! For many of us, coffee is a crucial part of our day, but for the past two weeks, my order has been consistently incorrect. The way the manager, Jennifer, handled the situation was unacceptable. As regular customers, both in person and through mobile orders, we’ve decided we won’t be returning.

Obsessed with the pumpkin spice here! The customer service is always great, and the drive-thru is super convenient. My only hope is that they start offering these new Cup Cucoon 2-in-1 thermal sleeves that unfold into napkins. They are way better for the environment than double-walled cups while providing superior heat protection, their dual-use replaces the need for extra napkins or can be used with food and they would be perfect for absorbing condensation and protecting my hands from iced drinks. It would be a small but amazing addition to their already fantastic service and product line.

horrible customer service, extremely rude and disrespectful , they gave me the wrong food worst dunkin i’ve ever been to if i were the owner i would fire all of them and find a whole new team. im just disgusted.

They don't know what the concept of less ice is and most of the time the staff is rude. They are also slow in preparing the items you order. I spend my hard earned money buying from this place and never get my order as I place it.

I waited over 30 minutes to pick up a door dash order they made the drink and left it sitting on the counter and waited 30 minutes to make the food. I question the food quality in this place.

Yet again, another terrible customer experience at this location. The clerk at the counter acted like I inconvenienced her by order $24 worth of food/drinks. It was 3 basic drinks, 2 sandwiches and a muffin. She commented that if she knew I was going to order so much she would have made the bagel for the guy in front of me first. She also commented on the line behind me. This is unacceptable behavior and makes me want to spend my money elsewhere.

I've come into the restaurant for the last 3 days each day there was no other customers either in the drive through or in the restaurant It took nearly 10 minutes each day for me to even be acknowledged. Today I saw that 1 of the employees was counting the drawer so I gave a little bit of time for her to do that When I came in I said hello and she just kind of made an annoyed face at me. The employees here are very rude and unprofessional

The drive thru takes forever; like now I'm late to work forever. The food (bagels and hashbrowns) consistently tastes like chemicals and the drink; ordered the exact same way, every time, is always incorrect, but now I'm late for work from waiting in line so I have to take it.
