This is probably the most disorganized slow Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. They never have enough people working on the inside, which causes the drive-through to back up and I swear they don’t start making your order until you pull up to the window. There are a few pleasant people who work out here the rest have an attitude. I only go here because it’s the only one on my way to work in the morning any other time I’m out I need to stop at Dunkin. This is not the one to go to.

If this is the dunkin in Scotia rite after crossing bridge. The WORST DUNKIN in capital region! Couldn't make a cup of coffee,or sandwich correctly, even with the exact directions! Horrible, Horrible dunkin donuts,n i love my dunkin!! Wont never ever spend my money at that again! Customers waiting while employees in back laughing it up! Just unreal!

When eating inside the dining room, I saw a teeth on the table. And when I asked for a donut , they gave me 2 instead. This place need to be cleaned.

terrible attitude from the workers, service is rude and slow even when not busy. staff has breakdowns in front of guests on multiple occasions and the quality of the food and beverages has gone down drastically in the past few months. highly disappointed management needs nicer employees.

My favorite Dunkin in the area, not just because it’s only about 0.5 miles from my house. The ladies that work here are so sweet! I always order using the mobile app so they know who I am when I get there. I always get greeted with a smile and a good morning. 10/10 wonderful

They mess up on my order every single time they destroy any kind of food that I order and the drinks are never made properly neither is the coffee which is what Dunkin should be the best at.... I ordered a few times at this location and they got my order wrong. Yesterday evening my husband and I were treated very poorly. The cashiers were rude and disrespectful. They had so much attitude. I’ll never be going to that location again. Find better workers!
My worse experience using the order ahead app this Sunday morning. The service person was terrible. Chatting with coworkers as orders that were place never got attention until showing up and having to ask. 30 minutes for preorder. If she stopped talking and prepared orders you would be better off.
Not just my order! I told her to tell her manager the service sucked!

I visited the shop when it wasn’t busy at all today. After I paid with Apple Pay, the staff immediately walked away without asking if I needed a receipt. When I got home, I realized I had been charged twice for 10 munchkins. 🙄🙄🙄 Very disappointing experience.
