This is the worst dunkin' donuts you can ever go to ... They mess up on my order every single time they destroy any kind of food that I order and the drinks are never made properly neither is the coffee which is what Dunkin should be the best at.... I say they should just close their building down and never being business again

My worse experience using the order ahead app this Sunday morning. The service person was terrible. Chatting with coworkers as orders that were place never got attention until showing up and having to ask. 30 minutes for preorder. If she stopped talking and prepared orders you would be better off.
Not just my order! I told her to tell her manager the service sucked!

I visited the shop when it wasn’t busy at all today. After I paid with Apple Pay, the staff immediately walked away without asking if I needed a receipt. When I got home, I realized I had been charged twice for 10 munchkins. 🙄🙄🙄 Very disappointing experience.

This used to be a great Dunkin’ Donuts to go to about 5 years ago. I am not sure what happened in recent years, but it is understaffed and extremely slow when there’s only one or two people in line. There doesn’t seem to be any urgency with any of the staff, whatever the culture is at this Dunkin, It should to be adjusted.

The way the manager, Jennifer, handled the situation was unacceptable. As regular customers, both in person and through mobile orders, we’ve decided we won’t be returning.

Obsessed with the pumpkin spice here! The customer service is always great, and the drive-thru is super convenient. My only hope is that they start offering these new Cup Cucoon 2-in-1 thermal sleeves that unfold into napkins. They are way better for the environment than double-walled cups while providing superior heat protection, their dual-use replaces the need for extra napkins or can be used with food and they would be perfect for absorbing condensation and protecting my hands from iced drinks. It would be a small but amazing addition to their already fantastic service and product line.
