Went through the drive thru, so I don't know how the inside was. My bacon, egg, and cheese was a bit overdone, but pleasant. I also ordered their plain mini bagels. I don't order any of their drinks, mostly because of the sugar levels, I don't like coffee, and I'm also lactose intolerant. I have tried their green iced tea before, but it tends to be too bitter for me. Oh well.

Waited 10 minutes after ordering a latte and was told the machine doesn't work because it leaked water.

I had moderate food poisoning from a meal here. The staff were nice but the tables were dirty, as were the chairs. I was there 7/27/24 and ordered a chicken wrap, hashbrowns and a lemonade. I do not know which part of the meal caused the illness.

I haven't been to Dunkin' since the name change, but I know why they changed it, now. I got a donut. Dunkin' has never had great donuts, but the donut I had was dry and stale. I didn't finish it. I bought breakfast sandwiches for others; they liked them. No complaints about the coffee drinks. In summary, skip the donuts.
I am a dunkin regular going a few times a week by home, but I’m in glenville regularly enough to pop into this one in occasion. Every time I have ever tried to get their lemonade they give me the tea refresher which you can’t notice through the flavoring till you’re half way done. I have very severe cardiac issues and have to watch and keep track of every little bit of caffeine I intake so yes - this is an issue. It’s not going to kill me but it can give me cardiac episodes that are painful and honestly pretty scary. The idea they care so little is scary. For anyone else who watches their caffeine for health or personal reasons do not get the lemonade from this location.

Coffee is always fresh, donuts are usually fresh. The one time I did get burnt coffee and a super stale donut, they switched them out with a smile and a "sorry about that". Drive thru is always on point. I really enjoy this location!
