Called to place an order for wings. The guy read my order back to me. Was told 35 minutes. I arrive, and the guy acts like the order was never placed. Says they must still be cooking (you can see back into the kitchen from the front counter) and he’s dropping wings in the fryer. I went to subway down the road, they made my sub, went back to pick up my wings anddddd they still were not ready. Then proceeded to charge me full price (this is now an hour and 15 minutes after the order was placed) which is $18 for 10 undercooked, definitely not crispy like I ordered, wings. It’s a bummer to write this, as a business owner I understand mistakes happen, but how you respond to that mistake can totally save face. Poor response on their part. I do not believe they are the same owners, just piggy backing the name.

Forgot the meat on my sub ....I drive all the way the way back there for a new one.... The cashier gives me an attitude and asked me to ask nicely for a new one twice.... which was met with expletives on my end as I was already annoyed to which I was told ,"it's just a sub"......well you are a restaurant the food pays the bills......straight up clown will never come here again

I ordered off the prices on the internet! They said 40 minutes I was fine with that. I when I got there on a Friday afternoon it was dead know one was there. I thought it was odd??? Then waited another 10 minutes. She brought what I ordered out and totaled my order. I ordered 12” white 3 cheese pizza, $24.74, 12” supreme $32.00, antipasto salad large $15.50 two orders of boneless wings $28.00. Total with tax is $108.26!!! What the @!?@ if you look on the internet you’ll see what price they advertise please be careful there new owners and they charge way to much! I have never in my life been so sick to my stomach that this is going on!

Was told the food would be ready in 45 min, showed up food was not ready. Person working the register went in the back to make my sub. Noticed he wasn’t wearing gloves and didn’t wash his hands before starting. I asked him why he wasn’t wearing gloves, he replies with “I don’t know what to tell you man” rather than do you want me to remake it or even sorry. Pizza and wings were cold when we got home due to the time that they sat.

Tried to place a large order over the phone, the guy was extremely rude when we asked if we could do a different sauce on the chicken pizza (due to an allergy to red sauce) and said that it couldn't be done.
My favorite place to get subs. They're often recommended more for their pizza (which is amazing) but I'm more in love with their subs. This is the only place that I can get an amazing roast beef sub! I've been going here since I was in Middle School, 10/10 most definitely recommend going here for Lunch or Dinner depending on the mood. They also have delicious cookies!
Parking: When you get there, it may seem like there's barely any parking but there is if you go earlier than noon time (11-11:30 AM works) or after 1:00 PM (1:30 is a good time to go). It's an in and out type feel more than a dine in, though you can, and I usually do since I don't often go alone.

The absolute best place for pizza in scotia glenville. Their plain cheese pizza is just so good!!! I always stop here when I want a slice! Been going here for over a couple years now and it’s always been delicious. Have been good with takeout as well. A little pricey but it’s really good pizza

My favorite place to get subs. They're often recommended more for their pizza (which is amazing) but I'm more in love with their subs. This is the only place that I can get an amazing roast beef sub!
