Food was OK at best. The blonde headed girl that cashed me out was incredibly rude and disrespectful I will not be going there again

Not an eat-in place unless you really need to. There are a few tables. But it's mostly a take out type of eatery. It's your cookie cutter, just what you would expect Chinese takeout. You have all the predictable combo options and not so healthy but tasty eats. Pork, chicken, and shrimp.
My latest takeout was a bit disappointing. The beef sticks were tough and the chicken wings were over fried. Really not very appealing. The fried rice was good though. Not too bland.
If you like this sort of fast food all meat processed food . Bon appetit!!!

Twice I have ordered CHOW MEIN and got LO MEIN, which was tasteless and mushy. No more chances, 2 strikes you are done!

The boneless ribs were tough. The shrimp and broccoli and chicken and broccoli were ok. There was very little pork in the pork fried rice.

Literally the best chinese food I’ve ever had. Everytime I have to order somewhere else I am disappointed. This place is the only chinese that I get now. Absolutely delicious and fresh. Lovely service.

A severe allergy to anything with shellfish was discussed when we called. We were then told for delivery we could only order online. We choose carefully. Imagine our surprise when the steamed Buddha,s Delight came embedded in a thick brown sauce. And to top it all off , the pork spring roll ordered w/another’s combo order was a shrimp eggroll, and the veggie one ordered was THE SAME! The manager could not (system wouldn’t let her— ha) give a refund for over half the food that will be discarded. She told us we should order again online, and THEN call to ensure order is filled correctly! What??? The one who goes into anaphylactic shock when eating shellfish had already eaten a piece of broccoli from the supposed Buddha's Delight, when informed by manager it was OYSTER sauce. Then were told we hadn’t checked “steamed!” So it was customer’s fault. We are all watching as person who bit into a wrapper marked “veggie” which was filled with shrimp. And that piece of oyster-soaked broccoli, using a rescue inhaler.. Never written such a negative review before. Sorry to have to do it.

Uncle Roger would approve.

Hadn't had Chinese in over a year, so I felt like it was time to break that combo and order some take out from the Golden Bird, as it is a location I pass by all the time on the way home.

Ordered over the phone, going with the special of the week, Pineapple Chicken with Egg Fried Rice, a Vegetable Egg Roll, and some Crab Rangoon. All together coming to a little over $31 before tip. I feel like this was a pretty fair price, given the heft of the chicken dish alone.

Order only needed 15 minutes to be done, though I was held up by traffic, and yet it was still nice and warm by the time I got everything home and set out.

The crab rangoon, as I expected, was delicious. Never had bad crab rangoon before, kind of hard to mess up, but I guess you can get shorted on the filling. Not the case here though. The egg roll was also pretty good, though I will say it had a slightly sour-ish aftertaste. It only happened after the first bite, so maybe it did not vibe well with the rangoon? As for the chicken, well, it was a lot. Tons of veggies, good proportions of meat, and a nice slightly spicy flavor that just lit the top of my tongue ablaze. The egg fried rice, my choice of accompanying side, was also real good. It was a bit oily, which was weird, perhaps they used fresh rice instead of day-old? But the flavor was still there and it had nice large chunks of fried egg. Yummers.

Saw quite a few people saying this place has changed for the worse, but I'd disagree, it was fine by me.

The Bird isn't what it used to be.

It was excellent under the previous owner with good quality, hot and tasty Chinese food. Ever since new owner took over it hasn't been the same...much higher prices, smaller portions, different food supplier because many of the dishes, appetizers, soups, etc just don't taste the same.

Ordered the chicken chow mein combo and it was not good. I order this when getting chinese and it's usually good but not this time. And the fried rice tasted rancid. Partner got lo mein combo and it was very bland. Won't order again anytime soon
This happened on News Years Eve. It was roast pork chow mein not chicken

You will smell like the restaurant if you eat within, food was salty but meat was tender (boneless spare rib). They’re worth a try
