I went to Storied Coffe today, anticipating a cozy spot for breakfast & a place to work on my writing project. Looking for a quiet place to sit, I was told the back tables had been replaced with clothes racks because Storied is a “vintage shop”. Tables’ gone, hot food gone - the few bakery items appeared to have been purchased at Costco & stored in a refrigerator, atmosphere gone. The cappuccino was delicious, muffin average (served on a piece of waxed paper after the server made some vague remarks about the plates being out of reach). I did not stick around any longer than it took to eat the muffin & drink the cappuccino because the vibe was negative, too distracting for creative work. There is a Storied in Schenectady on Jay St - the walk is a bit far from my Scotia home. Maybe it still serves the items featured on the website… but the Scotia “former” coffee shop is NOT well represented there.
This is my favorite bubble tea place! They have the best drinks, and the atmosphere is so nice they are great there!
Coffee, boba and books?! So glad I found this place today! They have a selection of clothes to check out as well.
Nice little coffee house in the village of Scotia.
Very cool little joint in Scotia. To be honest I was surprised to find a place like Storied there. Decent coffee selection, excellent milk teas, and a really cool vibe with all sorts of books and records. Not much in the way of food but the muffin I had was good.
Great people!
Olivia is always so kind, my drink is always made perfectly and the consignment variety is amazing! The vibe is great, and everyone is so friendly.
Storied Coffee in Scotia, NY has a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to unwind. With plenty of books to browse, friendly staff, and a cozy setting, it’s a great spot to read, work, or just relax. Their lattes and pastries are always worth trying, and the welcoming environment makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the moment. Whether you’re a regular or just passing through, it’s a great place to slow down and savor a good cup of coffee.
I went to storied coffee and had a wonderful experience, Olivia was an absolute delight and really was the cherry on top of the amazing coffee! Just too top it off I was able to get a storied famous cinnamon bun which was life changing! Thank you Storied! ❤️☕️
We tried to call ahead to make sure there would be space for a group so we wouldn’t be overwhelming. We wanted to be accommodating and understanding to the owners and the space. When we came in, we were told that it was impossible that we called because they’re always by the phone. It turned out the phone number on google was wrong but they doubted that we called them. Additionally, they made us feel very unwelcome when we were trying to just check in and ensure there would be space in the first place. It wouldn’t have been a problem to help us understand that they had changed the space around so they wouldn’t be able to accommodate a group as easily. The person at the counter also openly stated she did not want us here which also made us feel very unwelcome and was off putting.

This is a great place for boba tea
I normally had to go to the mall to get boba
People are nice and the boba is great
My only complaint is that there closed most of the time
The oatmeal cappuccino is to die for oh my stars
Great coffee and awesome vintage finds!
Love it here. And wow!!! They make this matcha latte that is AMAZING!! Can service get any better? I doubt it. The place to go. Love this little place!!!!
Love that their boba’s fresh and milk tea is brewed. Appreciate they have non caffeinated options too, wish they had an Albany location!
