So to start the lady on the phone 3/22 around 445-5oclock is a professional at putting people on hold.. Instead of listening and answering the simple AND REASONABLE questions she put me on hold right in the middle of talking(rude).. That’s a great customer service trait??I ordered a cheese and pepperoni calzone with no ricotta!(BTW YA PUT RICOTTA IN IT!!) with an extra sauce no drinks nothing else to get delivered 1.5 miles and charged 20.02! Take a look at the most recent menu they have on their Facebook(attached) a calzone with a filler maybe would be $11 and a sauce would make it $12, so 20.02 basically double that to me didn’t make sense. Then their driver expects a tip. The response to me on the phone was they don’t pay the workers so that’s why they charge varying different delivery fees(one delivery could be a $3 fee one delivery could be $5 or $6). Also there is no heads up about these extra charges!!! They also charged me $3 for that small extra sauce container the size of my thumb which they confirmed on the phone but on the menu says $1?Nothing about the delivery fees are shown on menu and they won’t tell you either! ? and don’t ask any questions or you’ll just abruptly be put on hold. There won’t be a next time for me.

This place has been here for years, But I live in Glenville so I just shopped locally to my disappointment. I called to ser if they delivered, luckily I was just on the cutoff line. So happy I gave it a try. Delicious pizza, friendly service. My new go to pizza place.

Consistent, high quality food. Delivery is timely and food arrives hot. Pick up is also great. Have had dinners, subs, and pizzas. Salads are great too.

There Calzones are the best I have had in over almost 3 years I live here. I would recommend you heat it up 45 sec still perfect.tge dough is so perfect almost towards end taste like a big pretzel.

i have lived in scotia for 18 years and i ordered an 8 cut with extra cheese (not to be had) wings were hot not medium blue cheese out of a jar substandard food worst i have ever had going back to demarcos if your smart. at least there the owner alwaysmade good i guess it was the upcharge for a card which made me mad but i will just bring cash to demarcos. dont go to vley road their owner is unreasonable and their food is substandard

Pizza was decent, wings were not! Had to throw the wings in the broiler to crisp them up. Ordered BBQ and there was lack of BBQ sauce on the wings. Would not recommend....
