I give this place five stars. I’ve eaten here 100 times and nobody’s 100% perfect. I feel bad that I haven’t taken the time until today to write a review. I had an issue things happen. First time ever and they fixed it immediately and even went out of their way. Matt even took the time to get it delivered for me. Which is why I always order from here even though we have another pizza place in Town. People take the time to complain but never the time to say how great an experience. And because of the service I received as always. I had a great experience. Thank you Matt for you assistance

I've lived in Scottsville for 3 years and have ordered here frequently. I placed an order for over $100 worth of food and the money came out of my account. However a error message populated across the screen at the end of the order. I called the restaurant to explain what happened and they told me that I never placed and order. I advised that I could show proof of payment and they said there was nothing they could do. I went to the store to show them the payment and again nothing they can do. So I asked if I placed the order again would I essentially be paying over $200 for pizza. Nick's reply was 'it's above my pay grade." I asked him who would know and if I could speak to that person. He in turn called the owner who tried to 'school me' on how online ordering worked which I clearly advised that I know what 'normally happens'. So at 9pm on a Friday night I'm out of $100 and still have to figure out what I'm gonna get for my kids and myself for food. While sitting outside writing this review they just decided to come outside and asked if I wanted to place another order and pay again! What ever happened to actual customer service? I will NEVER order from here again.

It's so hard to find a pizza place around here that makes their pizzas with all the toppings on one half only, just how I like it. If you like all the toppings on half and for the other half to be saucy bread I totally recommend it.
