Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

This location has the most incompetent employees. I ordered a salad (simple right) the idiots screwed that up. Brought my wife’s sub home and that was not only wrong but cold. I cannot fathom how this location stays open it makes Scottsville look horrible. Save the time and order from Marks. Always top notch and the employees aren't 12yrs old greeting you.

Cheeseburger plate was cold and fries were soggy, pizza slice was small and barely room temp- just a disappointment tonight. No one in there, no excuse for food to be less than fresh.

I'd really love to give the new owner a good review, but I can't. Last delivery took over two hours, multiple calls and was cold when finally received. Tonight's order was over an hour and missing items. Very frustrating. You need to step it up.

Here's the thing to know about Salvatore's... Not all Salvatore's are created equal. The Spencerport location for example is disappointing with poorer quality food and service. This location (Scottsville) has always been consistently good. Not a ton of options in Scottsville, but this is a solid win. Their Daily Specials are a good value.

I received an email for a free medium pizza as a birthday reward. In the past this has been great. Yesterday I ordered it online with a pick up time of 8pm. Received confirmation of my order via email. I showed up at 8pm and it took almost 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. The girl asked me my name, looked up my order and confirmed what I had ordered. She went to the kitchen and returned saying that they never printed my ticket and that the pizza was never made. She said they could make it then but it would be 20 to 25 minutes. She was able to see what I had ordered and the pick up time, but they didnt make the pizza bc the ticket wasn't printed. Doesn't give customers much faith that their online orders will be prepared on time, if at all!

Ordered on line for pickup at 5:15, arrived bat 5:20. Was told 4 minutes more, waited another 20 minutes before order came. Had 2 medium pizzas, the cook on the pizzas was inconsistent, 1 was done well the other was undercooked and doughy. You would think being 25 minutes after requested time they would have been cooked the same. Seem to have issues more often then not when ordering from this location.

Great service during a busy lunch. We came with a larger group. The kitchen took good care of us and all of the normal customers.

Horrible service since the new owner took over multiple times waiting over an hour for a simple fried food order wings and mozzarella sticks and its over priced for what you get also the quality of the pizza slice has gone down

They are terrible. I ordered food to go and I've been waiting over 30 minutes. Not worth my time. And beer is out of service for temporary. Don't go there.

We’ve eaten in and gotten takeout from Salvatore‘s in Scottsville many times and the food is always delicious. We decided to order food from DoorDash last night. We have no problem with them at all. We ordered online and it said the order should be ready around 6:44 PM. We went to pick it up and were told it’s not ready, we need 10 more minutes. 20 minutes later we finally asked where’s the pizza and someone said oh there it is - it was just sitting in the window. Needless to say we’re not very happy about the lousy service.

Ordered on line pizza and wings from the Scottsville store. The online ordering system is difficult to manage. Recieved myn order and the Pizza I ordered (according to the on line order) was suppose to be with pepperoni and sausage. I recieved a Cheese pizza (Yuck). I called to complain and essentially the lady manager hung up on me!!!!!!!!!!! The wings were great but, due to this customer service . you have lost a customer!!

absolutely awful. my husband went in to just pick up a pizza. said it would take 20 minutes to make, got there 30 minutes after we placed the call. told my husband it would be 1 more singular minute, had him in there for another 20 minutes. while he watched employees DRINKING on the clock at the bar with customers. all of that just for our pizza to be completely wrong. we called back to ask for a manager and the lady on the phone failed to do so and told us she would deliver the RIGHT pizza to our house after arguing with the lady for 5 minutes trying to get our money back. not satisfied AT ALL. get your stuff together. your all grown adults (hopefully) ;)

Excellent pizza. Got it to go. Bathroom was clean as was the whole place. Comfy, music playing, lots of cool beer on draft.
I Tried ordering online before arriving. That was too difficult, cumbersome. Had to sign up, verify an email, etc

Cool bar with lots of beer choices. I don't give negative reviews normally, so I go in two plain slices to go. Counter lady says 15.01 and I give her a $20. She starts digging in change bin I say as nice as possible are you giving me .99 cents. I'll just pay with credit card. She said she already rung it up and offered me $4. I said "are we arguing over one penny. How about this keep the 20 and the next 499 people that order 2 slices charge them $15" So that's the story.
