We love going to Foster—at this point, you could say we’re regulars. We typically sit at the bar. We especially love their specials, and I’m still thinking about the elk burger I had last year (please bring it back!).The oysters are always fresh and delicious, and the fried chicken is absolutely amazing. Recently, I’ve been loving the salmon with corn and shishito succotash and blueberry teriyaki. Honestly, everything is consistently fresh and delicious.

Excellent restaurant with an interesting variety of menu items. Everything we ordered was beyond well made. Dessert was just as fabulous. Will definitely return. Five stars for both food and service.

Waitress was fantastic. Informative. Attentive. Friendly. Support staff kept table moving and uncluttered. Creative drinks. Fantastic food. Will be frequent visitors going forward. One of best restaurants on Long Island.
