Unhappy and sad to say I wont be returning. I order a simple bacon egg and sausage bagel. Everytime I get my bagel either the bacon or sausage is missing but they sure dont forget to charge me. I gave it another couple of chances but after explaining the issue and the same thing keeps happening its time to move on. So strange The workers are super rude. Wish they would put more care into there establishment.

Wish I took a picture of my egg and cheese with pastrami on that toasted plain bagel with butter but it was too good and I'm not a bagel person!! Bagel was fluffy and soft in the middle and crispy on the outside, just the way I like it!!! Didn't care for the lady behind the counter staring at me like I was gonna steal something. Is it because I'm brown?

I am done with this place. The customer service is TERRIBLE everyone looks miserable and makes you feel miserable after being there. Go get better food and service at a business that actually cares. I gave this place 5 chances!!!!!!! Everytime I ordered something significant was missing but they never forget to charge for whats missing... isn't that comical? It's almost like they are doing it on purpose. I will make sure my family, friends and neighbors DO NOT come here anymore. Been a massapequa resident for 25 years. Sorry isn't good enough after the 5th time 🙄

It was very busy, the line went to the door. The people were in good spirits, especially as it smelled so heavenly in there. The staff was friendly and so helpful. The bagels were excellent and so delicious. Thanks especially to the Calvert Manor staff.
