Terrible cranky woman working the counter. I tend to get her each time I visit. I no longer will visit this location. Her attitude isn't worth it. I'll go elsewhere for my coffee!

If I could give them zero stars I would. No one speaks English. The young kids that work there are clueless and don't listen. I ordered a breakfast sandwich the other day with my husband. Bit into it and pulled put a huge piece of plastic. I come back in and told the Indian woman who didn't speak English. Her work space was a mess. Trash all over as she was trying to make sandwich. A recipe for disaster. Got a coffee today and it's absolutely disgusting. They need to really get their acts together there.

Love this place! We go to Dunkin all over the metro area and very few of them are accommodating. Ended up here on July 4th evening and they were fantastic! This is one of the few Dunkin’s I’d keep supporting. They have a great staff, so nice. I highly recommend this store.

This morning I went in to get a hot latte before 9:00 AM on 4/4/24. I was very disappointed on how the cashier returned the money back. He liked through it from a distance. Like he did not want come near my hand. And the money ended falling all over the counter. This is not customer service!

Most beautiful Dunkin I’ve ever been to.But…They got my order wrong multiple times, I don't know why I keep coming back.Short, blonde haired girl should remember to wash her hands after using the bathroom. I don't want my coffee smelling like poopy. Another time I'm pretty sure I smelled alcohol under her breath. Maybe it's the alcohol that makes her forget to wash her hands.
This is the first time I've ever seen a Dunkin' Donuts give these adorable little bags with the donuts. The place is clean and the employees are very polite.

Ordered a cold brew with sweet cold foam. Added almondmilk, unsweetened hazelnut and sweetened butter pecan flavors. Quick service.
The young man at the counter needed more training. Took 3x to get my order. The owner or manager was amazing.

I would not go if I were you, the cashier picked up my donuts that I ordered with her bare hand and she also had a bandaid on, her fingernails dug into the side of the donut (see in picture). And then the bag was tossed at me.
