I was with a party of 4. Our waiter was very unfriendly, as he stood pacing back and forth to take our order after we just sat down. I ordered lasagna, which was very bland, the fried calamari was undercooked, my wife’s soup had chicken bones in it. They had live music, which was way too loud for a restaurant, as we found it very difficult to talk with our guest. After dinner, the waiter never came back to even ask us if we wanted coffee and dessert, when we did ask him he lazily strolled over to our table and throw down the dessert menus. I’m done with this place.Parking: Cars were lined in the street on Sunrise Hwy, which was extremely dangerous on a dark rainy night. They had no booth or heat for valet to get out of the weather.

It was my second visit in as many weeks and both visits were extremely enjoyable. Food is delicious and service is fantastic. They are willing to please wether it's substitutions to the menu or a complimentary canola for my sons birthday. Can't wait to go again!

we hadn't been seated for more than 5 minutes when our waiter started trying to up sell us to a 125.00 bottle of wine, we picked a bot that was 58.00 as we were unfamiliar with it, only to learn later it retails for 18.00, total rip off. the waiter was horribly inattentive and very distracted, he basically ignored us until check time. my veal Milanese was like shoe leather, my companions said "fair" for the dishes they ordered. this place will soak you with poor service for mediocre at best service and food. Skip it. huge disappointment
I recently tried this restaurant with friends and loved so much I went back the next night with my husband ! Food is amazing as is the service!! Staff is friendly and friendly so attentive !! Will be a regular ??❤️

If you want your server to tell you that he hopes you die on the way home come to Gusto Divino Trattoria. Worst service I have ever had. I have never wrote a review before and am not one to complain. We came to splurge on a nice Valentine's Day dinner. They offered a fixed menu... $70 per person including an appetizer, salad, main course and dessert. It took a decent amount of time for our appetizer. Then, after waiting for over an hour we asked twice for our salads (which never came). Then after waiting a long time for our main course, the wrong food was brought out to us. Once we finally got our food the portions were very small but that is beside the point. We have been there for over 2 hours at this point and asked for our dessert to go. After waiting even longer we had to remind our server again that we were waiting. When asking for the bill we reminded our server Ruben (or Anthony) that we never got the salad we were asking for. After we asked for our bill to be adjusted, he took $5 off the $70 meal without a sorry. The people next to us were also just as frustrated with the service. I have never not left a tip. However, after that terrible service we decided not to tip because we were already spending a lot of money on a mediocre meal with poor service. Maybe if he apologized once and showed some sympathy during all the times we had to remind him that we were not being served we would have left him a tip. On our way out to the parking lot our server, Ruben (or Anthony), decided to chase us out to yell at us. He told us that he hopes terrible things happen to us and that he hopes we get in an accident on our way home. The man barely paid any attention to us while we were in the restaurant. Whenever we brought up concerns he would shake his head and walk away instead of actually handling the problem. Not once did he apologized for the service we were given... Called the restaurant afterwards asking to speak with the manager and spoke to Anthony. He told me our server's name was Ruben, however looking at other reviews I believe Anthony was our server...
It was our 1st time at Gusto Divino Trattoria, we went on Valentines Day. It was great! We made reservations on open table and we were presently Surprised! Great people and Great food! We loved it and we will be back for sure!

Went in for Christmas day dinner. It was a prefix menu that had many different options. Staf was amazing. The food was delicious. We had a great time.
STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE!!! I’m going to file charges because they overcharged my card!! I took a picture of my receipt that I signed and what I wanted the tip should be and they took the liberty of treating themselves to more!!I get it was Christmas Eve and clearly NO ONE wanted to be there but it’s no excuse. The whole experience was horrible. As soon as we sat down an older waiter comes over “Drinks?” Doesn’t even say hi, how are you? We order drinks, he comes back quickly and then said “You order now?” Doesn’t say anything, just walks away. Food comes out way too slow. Penne was a little chewy, salad was just eh. By the time the main course comes, it was DISGUSTING. Totally inedible. The chicken was so burned, dry, crunchy and just nasty. My husband’s food was cold and his steak wasn’t cooked right. I tried for almost FORTY minutes to get our non-existent waiter. I asked two other waiters for the manager at this point to send back the nasty food. They kept telling me “it’s busy it is Christmas Eve”. Finally a manager comes over, I demand the chicken come off the bill and since we did the pre fixe menu, I said I want my dessert to go. The waiter comes back over and asks if we want water!! No! I said I want the bill and leave! I hand him a gift card from the actual restaurant (the ONLY reason we went in the first place) and a visa gift card. I try to explain there’s only 50 on the visa and he walks away. Comes back and says “Card no good, you give me better card”. I asked why? He grunts and walks away! Brings back another guy and rudely POINTS to our table. This guy says the card can’t be used in restaurants and to go to the gas station next door. Then he asks what kind of tip we were planning to leave. I said “Not much, the service sucks” he goes “Oh come on don’t cheat us, it’s Christmas Eve and we pool our tips together so you cheat one of us, you cheat all of us.” He then WRITES on the paper tablecloth figuring out the tip. I said “I’ll leave a tip I deem worthy. Here’s my card, run the balance.” Another 15 minutes go by, they bring the dessert (which we left for fear they spat in it) and we pay. I have pictures of everything!! I want my money back or I’m filing charges!! I did NOT authorize you to run more than I signed for!! HOW DARE YOU!! You should be shut down!!Parking: We had no choice but valet. Checked my car before we left to make sure everything was there. I don’t trust these people one drop.

Went for an early dinner New Year's Eve. Food was very good and our service was excellent. Don't know the servers name , (but he had a ponytail) he was awesome. I think the place is an outstanding value.

Awesome afternoon celebrating with Friends, Everything was wonderful. Antoni (sp) was an outstanding waiter. Appetizers, Wine, Full Meal and Dessert were as good as good be. Will definitely return in the near future. Nice touch to end the meal was a complimentary After-Dinner Drink or Coffee

We go to Gusto very often and this Christmas season was no different. We took our children and their wives as we have in the past. Always fresh, delicious food, great wine and cocktails and service that is unsurpassed.
