Delicious, healthy, and good-sized portions are only the beginning of the great time-saver, Long Island Meal Prep! When I needed to save time, I started ordering from LI Meal Prep. I never imagined that the food would be so good that I would actually look forward to the meals and want to continue ordering even when my time crunch ended. I’ve been receiving meal preps from Long Island meal preps for the last two months and everything has been going great. They have great communication and best of all is their food is fresh and enough to keep me full, and I don’t gain any weight due to my meal preferences. Highly recommended!!!

Been ordering my weekly lunches from here for a while. Lots of variety in meals, good quality food. Delivery is always great. The only frustrating thing is sometimes when I order my 4 meals they don’t have enough so I’ll get 3 and get a refund. But it’s definitely been happening less often since they moved to a bigger kitchen. I really recommend this place!
