This is the third time I've arrived at 9:45am and they never have chicken ready. They make me wait until they prepare the chicken. I'm late for work because you guys don't have a chicken ready. 10min waiting. Appalling!

The restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom. Customer service was amazing because everyone was smiling. Just looked like they took pride in their work....great job across the board for everyone!!!

The female manager here asked me to wait for 20 minutes. There were no guests. The service was too poor. She said that she didn't see my order, so no one took care of it. You couldn't see the order I placed on your app, and asked me to find a way by myself. It's so funny.

I had the Dave double. It was 1 of the top 5 burgers I had in my life. I'm 51.
First I want to say I next to never write reviews but couldn't help myself. Because I'm sick of people having attitudes when doing THEIR JOB. First I get to the speaker and get asked what I want . I say a #3 with a blueberry pomegranate lemonade . I said and I need honey mustard. Okay . Okay go to the window get my drink it's normal lemonade I don't say anything bc I rather just deal with it. I get my bag I look in it no honey mustard so I say can I get some sauce. Well what kind of do you want with a attitude. I said well when I ask with my meal I said honey mustard and since I got a attitude I said and also I asked for a blueberry pomegranate lemonade. Ohhh ya okay well give it back he says I said no it's fine . He gave me two packs of honey mustard. So the service SUCKED. And the chicken nuggets were the worst I ever had. They were like mushy gel nuggets couldn't even eat them. Awful experience. Was at the window 2:40pm on July 22,2023 that employee deserves a good talk about doing his job with a better personality and not a crappy attitude.

sadly they stopped serving the only thing that would make me go to wendy's. the grilled chicken sandwich's. Only thing they had that put them above every other greasy take out. once they stopped serving it I stopped going. Used to go 3 or more times a week. haven't been back in many months. so sad bad idea corporate had.

Fast Drive thru good food. Wendy's is the best fast food.
I went there on a thurday night to get the Regular Chicken Sandwhich Combo instead I got a spicy Chicken Sandwhich and A Drink No Fries and on top of that the manger did not even say thank you or have a nice day just handed me the bag no acknowledgement thats rude being like that to a paying customer I know I am white and have a young face and body but mot to treat me like a peace of garbage just because I go there a lot so be carefull when you come here just warning everyone who goes there and is young
