Our lunch today was fabulous... the reaper sauce rocks.. the best beans I've ever had . Pork and carne was out of this world.. looking forward to ribs on Saturday... looking forward to pre-ordering... thanks again!
Riptide Trifecta was absolutely great. All three meats were perfectly cooked moist smokie and tender. The Pineapple Bourbon sauce was the perfect complement and the served over the pineapple infused rice made for a great meal. The price of $16.⁰⁰ for the meal is more than fair for the quality.
Walked in, ordered quickly, was very satisfied with the food and how flavorful it was. I got the brisket over rice with drunken reaper sauce and calypso baked beans. The brisket was cooked very tender and the texture was great. The brisket dry rub was subtle but the sauce brought it together! The calypso baked beans on the other hand was extremely good, flavorful, hearty and filling. Service was quick and blunt, which is understandable for a new business. They change their menu...
