We arrived late in the day after a trip of hiking at Niagara Falls, really tired and damp. The staff was welcoming, a little like family, with a clean room and a late supper in the Dining Room. There is a European Hotel feeling about this place. You can tell they know how to treat guests. Anthony, the GM, greeted us by name and the next morning, he and the other staff members told us a little about the place we had serendipitously landed. This is the Wine Country of NY state...
When our ac didn’t work, they very nicely gave us another room - a suite! Very good service. Unfortunately, in that room, someone had zoomed in on the TV and we couldn’t get the remote to pull back out. We didn’t want to complain again since they were so nice and otherwise, the room was super. Great location right on the Empire Bike Trail and a bike friendly hotel - highly recommend!!
Cute hotel with nice clean rooms, close to a lot in walking distance. The manager even helped us when we got a flat tire in town so we could get back on the road. Would definitely recommend!
