Still thinking about that brisket sandwich I had here yesterday. Absolutely fantastic! The brisket was tender and perfectly seasoned and prepared. Combined with the other flavors and textures of the sandwich, it made me say "Wow!" The mac 'n cheese was some of the best I have had in a while (which is saying a lot), because it was not dense, but ooey, gooey, cheesy. Everything was served piping hot.

had a nice ride to Seneca Falls last Saturday. enjoyed a meal at Perfect Pair. I had butter crumb haddock, creamy potatoes, fresh corn, absolutely delicious! husband had a Ruben and greens,he said best he's ever had! so give it a try, you won't be sorry!😋
