Awful management. Even when I place an order 20 minutes ahead, the poor workers are backed up. A simple order (munchkins and a coffee) has taken 30+ minutes, 3 weeks in a row. It's awful. Use another location until management staffs appropriately

This store needs help in the mornings. Short staffed and very very slow. Example: it's 630am , 2 employees and currently 14 people standing around waiting. Some just walking out. The mobile order is going off every 15 seconds.

Those of you who go there as much as I do know what I'm saying when I say I miss the days of Juan and Ashley! Ever since they have left it has been just horrible you've got people who are a week new training other people the place is absolutely disgusting at 6:00 a.m. in the morning. there is a new boy there who should not be left alone right now does not know how to handle food at all! I don't know how the counters or stainless steel is cleaned but my food is being left on the stainless steel while he goes to do other things I think he was trained for maybe half of a week and then left by himself I blame management and I am thinking about actually going out of my way to a different Dunkin' Donuts I think I'm done with this one.sad

I've been going there for the last couple Wednesdays. And they have this kid there that can't even remember. Your order doesn't give anything right screws. It up every week. I am tired of calling them and telling them this. They haven't done anything yet. They haven't fired. This kid it's getting ridiculous. You used to be my favorite Dunkin Donuts. And now now you're not

It’s understaffed and there was no manager on duty. There’s teenagers that are over worked. The place had only couple of customers inside and they were overwhelmed. They complained that the manager had someone come in early just so the manager could leave early. They burnt my bacon and made tea mixed with my coffee. They were openly threatening to quit. One employee told the other to not fully clean the machines. Since the responsibility of most of the chores were left all on one person, who looked like they were only 15. I don’t blame the kids, I blame management who should be attentive and overseeing the operation. And helping out to break down responsibilities and chores to prevent illness or bad service.

came into dunks at around 6:50pm to get a few drinks and there has always only been 1 worker and they always looked confused when making a coolatta they screw up my order everytime the management here is horrible!! explains why everybody quits here or gets fired feels like there is a new person everytime I come

The employees I’ve encountered here work really hard but they need more of them. There’s often only 1 working on the mobile and in store orders at a time and the mobile orders are done after everyone in store has been taken care of. So if you order through the app you’ll be waiting which should not be the case. They need more help!
