This review has been a long time coming. I have to say I really love this place. Always clean and very friendly staff. I have never left disappointed.They listen and my orders are ALWAYS what I ask for. I get home and I am happy. There are 2 of the staff that I usually ask for and go to. They already know what I want because I order the same thing every time I come in. There is one whose name I dont know but he has helped me the same as my 2 regulars. But they are all good and I appreciate them all. The manager Marlon is FANTASTIC. Very friendly and he takes time to listen to what I want in my order and he has not let me down yet. I am impressed with his customer service especially because he is the manager and works with the crew just like he is one of those that he supervises. Great manager. Bayron is the other member of the staff. Depending on the time of day I come I see him. Great member of the staff and he listens just like Marlon does. There is another young man and I dont know his name but he is a just as good. I am sure all of the staff are great and it shows because of the leadership. Has to be a great place to work because it shows in their customer service. Custome Service is EVERYTHING. But I wanted to leave a good review for this location because of my experience here.

For 1. The menu and prices that are on the board at the drive thru speaker are incorrect. Tried to order tenders and the guy is telling me that they don't have a 4 piece yet I was staring at it on their menu. Then he's telling me prices that aren't on the menu. Get up to the window and the guy has such an attitude. KFC has been in their way out for years, having people with attitude problems and price changing in the moment is not helping. They should just close down, let's get something better.

2024 Update: I’m not sure when or why but the food quality has jumped up a bit from what it used to be. Reminds me more of how KFC used to be, maybe because it has so many chain rivals in the area.
I’m bumping up my score accordingly. Credit where credit is due for the staff and owners.
Old review: Food is fine, but the staff consistently gets orders wrong.
Also with the changes to the menu board, it's impossible to properly calculate how much the food you're ordering costs if it isn't a premade meal.

When you eat out you don't expect to get the same frozen chicken you can buy in a Tyson bag from Walmart. The fries were an improvement from what I remember after they got rid of tenders but by god I miss the KFC glory days.
Store-made chicken. Snackers. Potato Wedges. Popcorn Chicken. Delicious Mashed Potatoes AND in reasonable portions, gravy to send you to "flavor town"...
I used to LOVE the food here 15 years ago, but it seems like corporate just dragged everything downhill. All the flavor and quality was drained and now it's just a sad husk of an establishment, gouging the customers that do come to make up for the volume they used to pull.
Heck, I am tempted to become a share-holder because they actually get to taste what they USED to sell.

Placed my first order with KFC in over a decade, fries were actually decent and the chicken was crispy BUT the skin completely falls off. Food was extremely greasy and the nuggets are terrible. The biscuits were dry af… They forgot part of my order but that’s besides the point… atleast i know i wasnt missing out all these years

Tex's is way better bang for your buck. Better taste and corn on cob. Better menu at tex's. Menu is horrible over priced with small quantity and poor quality. KFC went way down hill.
