Great food! Great service! Just an all around awesome place to visit for a low key delicious meal. Deanna the bartender is amazing and very attentive to her customers. I could tell she has many regulars that are repeat customers because of her service and professionalism. For a food recommendation, 100% get the Beet Salad and Fried Chicken Sandwich. The Feta Dip is also delicious. And we will never visit without getting their homemade cornbread.

There were 4 of us for dinner. We were sat at a back corner table which was perfect for conversation. Most of us had a hamburger, it was a little over cooked for a medium rear. The restaurant was not busy at all, and it seemed like it took a little long to get our first round of drinks. The young lady that took care of our table was very friendly and had a good personality. Everyone enjoyed their meal and it was quiet enough for us to have conversations without any problems.

Ate at the bar with a small group. Service (Deanna) was excellent and the food was great. Burnt end sandwich was phenomenal! In fact, everything we ordered was excellent (apps, burgers, drinks). And the dessert (bread pudding) was the best! We will be back. Thanks Old Fields!

I was disappointed in last night's dinner( Sept 3). We had undercooked wings, overcooked dry brisket, undercooked "roasted chicken" on the salad. Service was good but it was almost like whoever was cooking was not their usual cook and it made the entire difference. Perhaps they were overusing their air fryer for food that normally isn't cooked that way. I probably wouldn't go back, which is a shame because I do not think it was their usual. Did they send their good cook to the opening of their new restaurant, Luca? So sorry.

Really liked my time here! We sat outside, nice space to outdoor dine and the vibe was great. The brisket was delicious. I will be returning, I'd like to try other items on their menu.

Me and my husband came here for the first time 8/14/22 and I wish we found this place sooner. We have been trying to find a good BBQ place and we finally did the food is amazing good real southern feel type of food. When you walk inside you truly feel like you are down south. The decor is beautiful its like an upscale rustic southern barn feel and it has a great bar with drinks that complement the food very well. As soon as we walked in we sat at the bar a felt very welcome by another customer and a great bar tender named Carl. We will definitely come back

We love this place! The shrimp tostados and smoked wings are the best appetizers, the ribs are unreal andnsk delicious. The service is always great, we come here a ton! The outdoor seating is beautiful and fun for families. We also love the bar and can order right from there.

Kid-friendliness: Outdoor seating is a plus!

Review update 2022 July: revisited to check out the new menu that is Oldfields Tavern. The selection is outstanding, there's items on the menu for everyone nothing that we ordered fell short of fantastic. Burratta, spicy feta dip, birria pork tacos, fried green tomatoes, and one of my favorites the cookie butter bread pudding. Seriously amazing. Full of flavor and everything was hot, fresh and plated impeccably. Can't wait to revisit with friends and family.Food here is great! Staff was super friendly and inviting, drinks and food came quickly. Owner brought out a few slices of cobbler for us to finish off a great meal! We will be returning. Highly recommend to anyone.

This was my first time coming here and it definitely won’t be my last! The food and drinks were delicious. Chef Rich came out and greeted us, he was so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was so cute and very clean. I can’t wait to come back!

This place was amazing. Best BBQ I've had but the drinks were too notch. Try the banana old fashioned. So smooth, I had two.So we went back and to our surprise, they updated the menu. They are no longer just BBQ. They still have it, no worries there. You can still get the old favorites like pulled pork and brisket. But they have some great updates now like Mahi Mahi and roasted chicken, burgers, salads and other meals. They expanded their menu. Drinks were great as usual. Missing that Banana Old Fashioned but here's to hoping it returns one day!

My boyfriend and I went last night 6/10/22. We had an outdoor table, beautiful night. Our waiter was awesome. The fried green tomatoes were on point. The burnt end sandwich was amazing. The only negative thing I have to say is something was up with the water they served. It didn't taste right. After I went home I got terribly sick. Please check the water. But sadly I won't be back. My boyfriend wasn't impressed with his ribs he ordered he was also sick but not to the point of sickness I had.

My family and I went to Old Fields Tavern last week for the first time. All of the food was amazing. I eat a lot of chicken, and this was the best chicken I've eaten in months. I know people think chicken so what but I'm telling you it was amazing. My uncle got an order of the PEI Mussels to go and he said the sauce was amazing and the mussels were as well. I could go on and on but honestly just go try it you won't be disappointed.

I’ve been to this location and the Huntington one and this location definitely takes the cake! The burnt ends with Korean BBQ sauce was the star of the show and all of our sides were delicious. The drink, which I believe was called “Over The Moon” was delicious and was a nice contrast to the food. The place looks fantastic and has a great ambiance. We’ll be back!

We pass this place a lot and decided to finally try it. So happy we did. The decor was lively. The waitstaff and manager were very attentive and were on point the whole night. I had the Cucumber Tom Collins which was crisp and refreshing. Someone in my party had the jalapeño margaritas and was delicious. The food doesn't need any sauce, the flavors are exquisite. There are homemade sauces if you choose, our favorite was the peach habenero. The brisket was flavorful and tender. The ribs fell off the bones. The chicken was crisp on the outside but tender with a smokey flavor. The portions were ample. I like the fact we can make our our platters of food to try. We had been at an "award winning" BBQ place a few weeks ago but this place outshines it. We will definitely be back again.

Hands down the best BBQ spot on the island. Everything and I mean everything that was served to me was fall off the bone perfection. Delicious every single last bite. The fried chicken was the crispiest and most juicy piece of chicken I've ever had. The brisket was moist and the ribs finger licking good. Don't get me started on those collard greens, those mashed potatoes, or that cornbread. WOW JUST WOW. If you haven't eaten here yet you need to go no questions asked head over there now. God truly gifted that chefs hands because he is incredible!!!!
