Been coming here for a few years. However ordering fried food I'd be careful with if you don't want your French fries to taste like fish. They smell and taste like a fish sandwich. Aside from that love the place. Burger was good but apparently it seems like they fry everything in same fryer. Will eat burger but pickle with cheese and fries go strait to the garbage.

I used to come to place every so often in the summer months when I used to work at a summer camp for kids. The portion sizes have always been large but reasonably priced at about 12-15 dollars with drink and side snack. You could get 2 sandwiches out of how generous the size is. That being said, I've not been back here since about 2017 or 2018. I came by thinking I'd get something since I was going to be in the area prior to grocery shopping. I didn't pick up a side nor a snack and never did I think I'd pay 22 dollars for a sandwich. This is a purchase I'll regret for a while.

Wow, very large sandwiches, reflective of the price. high quality and freshly made. plenty of sit-down area and parking. A go to place if your in the area.
Consistency is King, and therefor Se-Port is King. Many delis will push nearly-expired and bad food onto customers in a misguided attempt to protect their bottom line. The few extra bucks you'll spend on your sandwich is the guarantee that you are going to get nothing less than perfection.A hero WILL last two meals even for the biggest appetites, with a side especially. My recommendation is the Dagwood (roast beef, ham, and turkey). It's low on the menu but it is the one hero I can't get tired of. Italian is good, and the Gyro is also great but will require a bit of a wait to get it.Stay away from the burgers. My patty just tasted strange. I didn't eat more than a few bites before I tossed it. After years of patronage it was the only thing that went into the trash.

Hero too big have to share , Had to ask for stuff on side not wanting all stuff on hero The menu names of Hero so so many to choose from Went after Ice festival couldn't believe even saw the old NYC mayor Guilani in olden days wanted him for President . Any way service quick and with a smile This is the place up from village Worth the trip

The women at the front counter refuse to hand you your Uber eats order unless you start the trip. They literally snatched it out of my hands even though I hit the “verify pickup” button right in front of them. Out of the thousands of trips I’ve done This is the only place that does this.Such depressing, dull ladies, who don’t mind making delivery drivers struggle… just because they hate their job/lives. How sad lol
