Customer service is shockingly awful here. 2 nights in a row they forgot my dessert order. The people working there do not care about the customer, even when called to tell them they forgot my order they offered zero help.

After eating at SP for several years most Saturday nights, this is the third time within a couple of months that we were very disappointed in the service. Tonight we arrived early for our 6:30 reservation, by 7:50 we still had not received our meals. We watched as several other tables who had arrived well after us were served.
Other diners commented that they received their meals before us in spite of having arrived after we were already seated and had bread and wine.
We’re very disappointed because this was our favorite Italian restaurant for years.

Great atmosphere for a date night, but for takeout the personal pie is goated. For some reason it seems cheesier, tastier, and the temperature is much warmer than a full-size pie. And it is a great size for two people. It even reheats closer to fresh. On lunch special (check schedule) its a tad cheaper AND you get a drink.

My only peeve is that the heroes are pretty stingy. Compared to my nearby spot the Setauket Pastaria probably has half the meat. Granted the meat tastes slightly higher quality.

Love the employees. Never an issue with them.

I guess if I had any suggestions for improvement, I'd ask for a way to order zeppolis fresh. They go from a 5 to a 9/10 when they are fresh. I'd pay a premium for that.

Disappointed. First time customer via Door Dash. Order was incorrect. The order ticket appeared to have been transferred incorrectly from Door Dash to the kitchen. My name was correct on the kitchen ticket as were two of the three items. My child received a two piece meatball side (ticket said 3 piece meatball side) when I ordered a Pasta with 2 Piece Meatballs . Needless to say there was a young child looking for pasta and crying at dinner tonight. Door Dash offered an easy refund for the error.

Red tomato based sauces are hit or miss for me. The Gnocchi itself was well done and the fresh mozzarella melted on top of it was really good. I didn't personally care for the taste of the sauce. Others may really like it.

The 12” Margarita Pie wasn't what I expected. Mine arrived with cheese that didn't appear to be the usual fresh mozzarella like was on the gnocchi dinner. It was much more yellow and solid across the pie and had a considerable amount of oregano sprinkled all over the cheese. With so many other great options around I likely won't return.

Place used to be so much better. Got slices for lunch. Half the dough was raw. Place isn't maintained and smell of sulfur hit me when I walked in.

I have been a regular customer for many , many years . I do not understand what has been going on , but recently the last few orders in the last several months have gone terribly wrong . I have gone back a few times to get my order right . Again today , 2 items left out and my pizza was not even sliced . It was also underdone ! I am very disappointed. This was my go to place . 3 strikes now , time to go elsewhere ?

The restaurant is like entering Italy. From the delicious Focaccia bread that they gave us to start with, to the delicious chicken dish with unbreakable veggies. Carol Ann, our server was so lovely. You need to try it. You will be pleasantly surprised.

They made a mistake, on half a pizza, on our slice order, slice contacted restaurant stating they needed the whole pie back. They would only exchange a full pie for a full pie. I said I only had the mistake left (3.5 slices) we tried it and didnt like it so we complained. $9 credit could have made everything right i would have given back the mistake if needed. Rest of the order was prepared appropriately.
I couldn't tell 3 middle schoolers they can't eat at 645p after a long day when the food came.
We have ordered several times food was always really good but wont be ordering in future. Just be aware

Our go to place for pizza and pasta specials.Recently ordered a pie and six garlic knot. Fresh and hot, both of them. Pie had fresh mushrooms and eggplant parm. Very yummy.

Good Pizza , but little expensive for small slices. But still good and Parmigiana all types of heroes delicious

One of the BEST GLUTEN FREE menus I've seen in a long long time!! Can't wait to try it all. Prices are Fantastic for gluten free food, and the flavor is even better!
