I have never wrote a review on anything before but I have to say after the authentic experience I had at this diner I had to write about it!!The atmosphere of this place is AMAZING!!! My brother and I are new to the area and we came across this place randomly… The owner is really nice and inviting he greeted us at the door with a nice smile on his face and throughout the duration of us being there he checked up on us to make sure we were satisfied with the service! Service was also very good!! Employees seemed really nice and authentic. The food was also amazing and came out fast! Definitely coming back here this place is now my new favorite restaurant!!

Wish I could give it six stars.We called with a party of 11 after an incredibly horrible experience at Northern Coast Kitchen and they were able to sit us and feed us right away.They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and all the food really hit the spot.Classic diner love.This should have been our first pick.

This was a strange place for a diner, sandwiched between two shops in a strip mall. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how roomy it felt inside, the immaculate space, the friendly staff and the eggs benedict was superb.

This diner is fantastic! The atmosphere on is very charming and the food was delicious. The strawberry waffle looked just like the menu picture and the strawberries were very fresh. Service was great, my coffee was topped off several times, and the bathrooms were very clean.

I always love going to the Setauket diner, it’s always a positive experience!! (: The waitresses and waiters are extremely friendly, food is always amazing, every time I step foot into the diner.. Gus always greets us with smile and my boyfriend and I enjoy our conversations with him! We love Gus and everyone at the Setauket diner ☺️

What an amazing vibe. I feel like I in a different world here. This might not be the most important thing to everyone, but the over medium egg sandwich is one of a kind. The bacon? Prefect! The roll? Like it came right out of the oven. And an over medium egg is a hard cook to get perfect. But every time I get one it's on the money. Thank you guy.
