I just went and they gave me the worst drink I’ve ever had in my life and then when I asked them to fix it they somehow made it worse and I legitimately threw up in the parking lot. Also there is no toilet paper in the bathroom

I went to Starbucks with my medically certified dog. After placing my order and paying for it, I settled in, and unpacked my things (as I had planned to study and enjoy my coffee), only to be told that I had to leave because I had my dog with me. No one asked about the status of my dog, and despite the situation, I didn’t want to create a scene as several people were behind the counter. I requested a refund, which I had paid by card, but they gave it back to me in cash. The experience was disappointing and not handled very nicely.

Dirty sitting area bathroom door lock broken had people walking in . Should be in better condition in an area like this. Needs major renovations.

I stood there for about 5 minutes while they served everybody else but me. All I wanted was a cup of tea. I don't have time to wait any longer.
