Too busy to serve me. I was told, "I'll be right with you," which almost invariably means, "I will not be right with you," and in this case boy was that correct. I stood there for about 5 minutes while they served everybody else but me. All I wanted was a cup of tea. I don't have time to wait any longer.

Don't normally go to this location cause it's far but the employees here were especially nice. They helped me out by holding an item for me and the drinks were made exactly how I wanted it. Rob was the best and Starbucks is lucky to have an employee like him.

This is a great Starbucks! The employees are wonderful, my drinks aren't made wrong. When you order on the app is ready in minutes! I would say stop at this one before you go to Stonybrook hospital. The one in the hospital isnt good. Drink is never ready in Stony Brook hospital and it's made wrong! Attitude from employees. We need the employees and managers from East Setauket to come to Stobybrook! That would be AMAZING!

I got a breakfast sandwich here and while I was eating it I bit into a piece of plastic. Definitely lost my appetite after that--won't be returning.
Customer service was The barista played a little trevia with us while we waited in line which was very fun. We also got to try free brownie samples (I've never seen samples at any other Starbucks before)!! Every time I go to this location they have excellent customer service but today the Starbucks run made my suitemate's and I's day:)

Ordered using mobile app for curbside pickup on way to the beach- chai tea lattes 5 pumps no water almond milk- always tip through the app too- after 15 minutes of indicating “I’m here” through the app and no one responding- my husband went in-2 chai teas all water with no almond milk-awful-service-and the store wasn’t crowded-beyond disappointing

If you want coffee? Sure! If you want a pastry? Sure! If you want to place a mobile order for pick up and wait an hour for someone to acknowledge you then this is the place to be! If you want to keep mobile orders behind the counter, then either have somebody there at all times to give those orders or just put them where somebody can grab and go. This location is ridiculous and I’ve given it the benefit of the doubt way too many times but nothing has changed. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

This is my best Starsbucks. The people behind the counter are amazing . I am always happy to go. The only thing I am not crazy about is plastic flowers on the fireplace and on the counter. They don’t go with the style.
