I’ve done the “One Bite” tour around Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island—I’ve gone to the hole-in-the-wall word-of-mouthers, too. Vincent’s Pizza Truck is undoubtedly up there with the best of them. The plain pie is perfectly dressed; the crust, thoughtfully caramelized with the right hint of char. Expect a crisp bite with great chew and the right balance of sauce to cheese to top a pie as thin as these. Do not skip out on an opportunity to eat here. The staff is always friendly and well-spirited, really rounding out the experience as a whole.

I used Vincents for my baby shower yesterday and they were absolutely amazing. I rented Vincent’s pizza trailer for my husband’s surprise 40th birthday! WHAT A HIT! Everyone was raving about how amazing the pizza was and the set up was awesome, with the speakers and tables. Honestly, it was the best investment! You won’t be disappointed! Plus, Vincent and his wife are amazing to work with and gave our kids a tour of the trailer!! I will 100 percent be using them in the future!

Vinny is a 5 star kinda guy! The bbq chicken pizza was incredible and the pepperoni pizza made me cry tears of joy! I hope to see him again soon someday and enjoy more of his fantastic pizzas! Mille grazi!!!!
We had them at a 40th birthday party. They were both fantastic. The pizza was so good with so many different varieties. He was also willing to make whatever you wanted. Then at the end they gave out Italian ices. They were friendly and so easy to talk to.

They are a husband and wife team who work very hard to serve the public with delicious food. All the ingredients are extremely fresh and no one can compete with Vinny’s pizza dough. I drive 4 towns over just to get his pizza. There are many different specialty pizza pies to choose from that won’t break the bank. He is very reasonably priced. Vincent’s Pizza Trailer was an absolute pleasure to work with. My new husband and I used them for our post wedding celebration on June 17, 2023. Vincent, the owner, answered all of my phone calls, was patient, helpful, and so nice throughout them entire process. The pizza was DELICIOUS. All of guests raved about how good it was. The Caesar salad and Italian ices were excellent. The prices are unbeatable as I researched several companies. The setup and service was flawless. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vincent’s Pizza Trailer. 5 stars every time. I didn't book the truck to physically come to my sons birthday but ordered 11 pies. All were hot and delicious. It was a huge hit. the common complaint was - why havent't you been ordering this pizza for every party. highly recommend
