“We drove out of our way coming home from Cooperstown because we have heard such great things about the ice cream. While all of the great ice cream reviews may be true, I will never darken their window again. The young lady that took our order was very short and bothered to be helping us. She handed my cone to me so hard, I had to ask another employee for more napkins to clean my hand off. She then literally threw my husband's dish of ice cream out the window. Thankfully another employee got our pup cup for us. So rude, it ruined the entire experience.”

“First time at Lewis’ last night. The food was absolutely amazing. I loved the span between courses, never felt rush. Very comfortable little corner we sat in. As for our server Kiana, we understand she is new at serving, she did a great job. She was kind and professional. She took the time to speak clear and slowly for me husband, who happens to be hard of hearing. We will return again soon, and we will also insist on Kiana to be our server. “Great Food, I used to work there and I have to say, the service is great, great workers that are relatable and a great atmosphere with nice areas to sit and enjoy your food. The place has multiple areas where it's quiet so students can do their work. The food layout in the Buffett itself is nearly immaculate with the only exception being the events which can be slightly clunky, but other than that it's fine. The only thing that kept me from working and staying there is that I myself, left for college this year. Sure the selection of food isn't all "fan favorites", but with a grill that lets people get burgers, omelettes, fries, grilled cheese, among other things and a pizza station that always offers something for everyone, a build your own pasta section, a deli, and a vegan area that includes a gluten-free section which is a nice touch. It includes a coffee station, fruit area, ice cream area, it's hard to say what there isn't to like at this facility. I would highly recommend it if you are thinking about dinning here because it functions as a restaurant as well.-Chas Frink”

“Really fresh sub, and super friendly staff, really clean place. It's easy to miss, it's awkwardly placed into the side of a Dunkin, however the restaurants are separated on the inside, which is a good thing. Interior is modern feeling, cozy and chill vibe. I wish there was a better parking situation because the Dunkin drive thru goes right past its front door, so look both ways before you cross. A lil gripe, but there is potential for danger. Especially when the Dunkin semi tractor trailer is dropping food off in the parking lot at the same time, which was my unfortunate timing. Would visit again.”
