I have had a lot of Chinese takeout in my life. I was a broke line cook in Syracuse and Buffalo, takeout was king, but this is leaps and bounds better than anything I've had prior to this. My wife and I love the Scallion Pancakes, Lemon Chicken (serious katsu vibe), Spare Ribs (boneless mostly, but both are great), and most recently easily the best Mapo tofu I have ever had. I've had it at Peach Blossom at Turning Stone, and Taste of China is easily better. Far better...
