“My family and I went to The Franklin Hotel one night for dinner. We were in Rome, NY due to Capitolfest. Everything was delicious from the soft bread and butter to the gnocchi with basil cream sauce to the vanilla cannoli! The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend The Franklin Hotel if you are in Rome, NY!“

“Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Sauce was very tasty. My lasagna was excellent and very hot. Wife had manicotti which was also very good. Caesar salad dressing was one of the best, an anchovie would have added a little more zest. Overall great dinner.“

“This place is such a sweet spot to bring the family. Wonderful kind staff, always has a movie playing, and the salad bar is always fully stocked with fresh veggies. 10/10 recommend. Been coming for years and they never disappoint!!! Bring the kids, bring Grammy, bring yourself.i think the prices are pretty fair with today's prices too.“

“Absolutely delicious Chinese food! We've tried several meals off the menu and haven't been disappointed! The family that runs it is very friendly. I love that their kitchen is open and you can see them preparing your food. Many of their ingredients seem more fresh than other local Chinese restaurants. Highly recommend!“
