The details of the menu, signature cocktail, embellishments and affordable pricing were as smooth as silk. The follow up meetings were effective and brief. Every detail was accommodated in style and with class. When Alicia said not to worry, they will handle everything, I left it in their capable hands and didn’t give it another thought. The event of about 30 family and dear friends was an astounding and resounding success. One word: Delicious! The presentation was wonderful. The service was timely, accurate, professional, and nearly invisible throughout the evening. Everyone is still raving about the menu variety, service, and the General sumptuousness of the event. It's absolutely disgusting to see such a young kid surrounded by men who are in their 30s and some looked older than that. I haven't gone back since and I never will.“

“Food tastes great but the place is filthy and it's a scary scene. Not for everyone. I might of got sick here once so I stopped coming, I forget. I think it could of been because I came early I think I was the first breakfast cooked so whatever got on the grill the night before could of did it to me. They definitely need to do deep cleaning once a week at least. I mean deep down in the cracks of the floor and everywhere. I noticed stuff like this pretty well because I'm very observant. I love the Italian theme and all, it's sad this place isn't cleaner. I would come all the time. They could make the place bigger too.“

“My family ate at Venturas on Tuesday; my husband ordered the steak which I was seriously so impressed with that I just had to drive back there tonight to get a takeout NY strip for me (I did share with my husband too). “I found this wonderful little spot in Utica today and it was the most amazing experience I’ve had in a while. The service was wonderful. Two amazingly sweet women conversed with me and even recommended a delightful bakery across the street. I took a good while to stare at the menu as I don’t have much exposure to Dominican food and it was hard to narrow down what delicacy to choose. I ended up ordering the Pernil, the pescado frito, and beef empanadas. It was DIVINE! Each dish was cook to perfection and filled with so much flavor! I will definitely be back.“

“Frankie and staff ; I can’t thank yous all enough for the amazing food we had catered by the hub for our family Christmas Eve dinner!! food was beyond amazing along with amazing size portions. Thanks for doing so much work and letting me not have a worry in the world and it allowed me to enjoy my family, specially my grand kids. “Where do I even begin?! We pre-ordered for New Year’s Eve and this was our very first time trying KARMA, and wow, what an introduction. First off, the portions are HUGE. Like, “I don’t know how someone finishes this in one sitting” huge. I’m currently eating it the next night for dinner and it’s still going strong.

We ordered three different entrée dishes with fried rice and I sampled the chicken in all of them; every single one was delicious. We also grabbed an order of veggie egg rolls and they did not disappoint one bit.
Then came Wing Wednesday… 10 wings for $10? Say less. I chose the Mango Habanero wings and let me tell you..... my taste buds were living their best life. They were so good that my husband scooped up the leftover sauce and poured it over his fried rice like liquid gold.
And dessert? Oh yes. We ordered five Oreo dessert egg rolls. I somehow found myself snacking on them right up until midnight. Zero regrets.

Now here I am, like I said above writing this review while eating leftovers… and I still can’t finish one entrée. At this point, KARMA might be feeding me for the entire week.

We will 1000% be back, over and over again. Wing Wednesday may have officially become our thing.

With higher prices and decreasing quality and every popular chain, Castlewood continues to offer their large menu, with same quality products! They have not changed that in this economy!
